8c9c34f33a treadmill shader fix
previously when adjusting the value of the shader, it would change the value for all shaders.

now it duplicates the shader at runtime so it's a unique copy and can have it's own unique shhader value

5f476210ff scrolling shader for treadmill + setget tools
adjusting tread_speed will show results in editor
changing length in editor will affect sprite and hitbox_x
changing editor_move will move the actor that many tiles

eca7377189 more functionality to the console. for example
"cset is_draw_collider true"
will set the local variable is_draw_collider to true,
and this will draw actor's colliders (starts next scene change)
