don't close socket when pausing (#4821) 
* don't close socket when pausing

because it prevented us from canceling an upload that is paused
note that we here sacrifice the ability to pause uploads and have other uploads take over the paused upload's rate limit queue spot.
this is sacrificed because we will soon remove the ability to pause/resume uploads anyways

@uppy/aws-s3: fix signing on client for bucket name with dots (#5312) 
Using dots in bucket names is discouraged by AWS documentation, but it
is still allowed. In order to support such buckets without getting a
TLS error, we need to move the bucket name parameter from domain name to
URL path.

@uppy/form: do not emit 'submit' event more than once (#5299) 
Instead of using `requestSubmit` from the `'submit'` event handler (which was causing a loop), we can call `submit()` after checking `reportValidity` to get the same result without re-emitting the event.
