docs/fix broken links (#6158) 
* docs(wiki): update use of aliases

* docs(wiki): fix broken links from aliases

Removed aliases from Wiki-style links, exclamation marks for image embedding, and recombine the Installation instructions.
This is also a test of the new permissions for the GitHub Action.
