Johannes Millan 7b080f7118 test(sync): fix flaky TODAY_TAG LWW conflict test ... Add 2.5s wait for post-sync cooldown to ensure repair effect completes. The test was flaky (~50% pass rate) due to a timing race between: 1. Meta-reducer adding task to TODAY_TAG.taskIds (immediate) 2. Repair effect providing safety net (2s delay after sync) Test was checking immediately after sync, sometimes before repair effect ran. The wait ensures both mechanisms have time to complete.
