804dd4292e fix(styles): fix CSS linting warnings and optimize SCSS files 
- Fix 'inset' shorthand property override in main-header component
- Fix duplicate :host selector in schedule-event component
- Split task component styles into separate state-specific file
- Create shared mixins file for common task styles
- Re-add accidentally removed week-month selector styles
- Preserve all webkit vendor prefixes for Safari/Electron compatibility
- Optimize file sizes while maintaining all functionality
