- Extract duplicated blur/focus logic into reusable _unfocusNavAndFocusTask() method
- Replace magic number 10ms with FOCUS_DELAY_MS constant for better maintainability
- Rename focusFirstNavEntry() to toggleNavFocus() for clearer intent
- Update method call in LayoutService effect to use new method name
- Improves code reusability, readability, and maintainability
