Feat/to me it looks like there are lots of 60dd04 (#7280) 
* fix(issue): prevent crash from orphan issueProviderId (#7135)

The Jira image-headers effect in task-detail-panel subscribed to
selectIssueProviderById without an error handler, so a task with an
issueProviderId pointing at a deleted provider (e.g. after sync
convergence where taskIdsToUnlink didn't cover all local tasks)
propagated the selector throw to Zone.js as a crash dialog. Wrap the
inner selector observable in catchError that logs and falls back to
of(null); the downstream jiraCfg?.isEnabled guard handles the fallback.

Also drop IssueLog.log(issueProviderKey, issueProvider) from the
throwing variant of the selector: providers may carry credentials
(host, token, apiKey) and IssueLog history is exportable.

* fix(focus-mode): sync tray countdown with in-app timer during breaks

Tray title was rebuilt from a cached currentFocusSessionTime that only
refreshed when CURRENT_TASK_UPDATED fired. addTimeSpent is gated on an
active current task, so during focus-mode breaks or task-less focus
sessions the cache froze while the in-app timer kept ticking.

Add the tick action to taskChangeElectron$ so the cache refreshes every
second whenever the focus timer is running.

Fixes #7278

Conflict resolutions:
- e2e/utils/supersync-helpers.ts: kept the refined getDoneTaskElement
  checks from d64014d086 (later than c558bcab5e) while restoring the
  goto retry loop from 8865dc0a50.
- electron/start-app.ts: unioned imports (setIsQuiting +
  clearStaleLevelDbLocks from theirs, fs from ours).

* fix(sync): restore sync-core work undone by 0e9218bd68

Commit 0e9218bd68 silently reverted parts of several sync fixes. Most
sync-core reverts have already been re-addressed differently on master
by later commits (1f5184f6e7, 05cd875dd6, 09f5ced2c9, 7df43358ab,
d9158d6adb, 32dbc95ed9, 8c3b08e016, f89fe1ebc3) — those files are
intentionally left untouched to avoid reverting master's newer work.

This PR restores only the pieces that are genuinely still missing:

- e8a3e156eb fix(electron): IDB backing-store autoreload (in-app piece)
  operation-log-hydrator.service.ts + .spec.ts (the electron/clear-
  stale-idb-locks.ts piece was restored in the prior commit)

Plus three low-risk documentation/cleanup restorations:
- operation-sync.util.ts — add "Nextcloud" to isFileBasedProvider JSDoc
- dropbox.ts — restore improved _getRedirectUri JSDoc (667a7986fb)
- dialog-get-and-enter-auth-code.component.ts — restore isNativePlatform
  comment explaining why manual code entry flow is used (667a7986fb)
- file-adapter.interface.ts — remove stray "// NEW" comment (46e0fa2d01)

Intentionally NOT restored (master's newer work covers or supersedes):
- sync-trigger.service.ts / sync.effects.ts (05cd875dd6)
- sync-wrapper.service.ts (1f5184f6e7)
- sync-errors.ts (1f5184f6e7 re-added LegacySyncFormatDetectedError)

0e9218bd68 fix(sync): handle data validation errors and improve client ID management 
- Separate JsonParseError and SyncDataCorruptedError handlers in sync wrapper
- Handle corrupted remote data gracefully instead of throwing
- Add getOrGenerateClientId() as unified entry point, eliminating dual injection
  of ClientIdService + CLIENT_ID_PROVIDER in snapshot-upload, file-based-encryption,
  and sync-hydration services
- Use crypto.getRandomValues() instead of Math.random() for client ID generation
- Warn user when stored client ID is invalid and must be regenerated
- Fix flaky e2e supersync tests (premature waitForURL match on daily-summary URL)

Fix recurring task tests and update GitHub Actions output syntax (#6871) 
* fix(ci): replace deprecated set-output and fix E2E test failures

- Replace deprecated `::set-output` with `$GITHUB_OUTPUT` in all
  workflow files (build.yml, ci.yml, build-android.yml, manual-build.yml)
- Fix recurring-start-date-epoch-bug-6860 E2E test: use en-GB date
  format (DD/MM/YYYY) instead of US format since app defaults to en-GB
- Fix recurring-future-start-date-bug-6856 E2E test: wait for Save
  button to be enabled, increase persistence wait, and fix
  reload/navigation ordering for more reliable state verification

Consolidate Google Play release workflow into build-android (#6429) 
* fix(build): fix Play Store always showing version 16.7.3

Two issues caused production releases to always show as 16.7.3:

1. APKs were uploaded to the internal track with status: draft.
   The promote action only sees active (non-draft) releases, so it
   kept promoting the last non-draft version (16.7.3).

2. The promote workflow triggered on release:published, which fires
   before the Android build finishes uploading. This race condition
   meant the promotion always ran against stale internal track state.

Fix: change upload status to completed and move the promotion step
into the build workflow (after the upload), eliminating the race
condition. Remove the now-redundant auto-publish workflow.

Change upload status from draft to completed so the release is
promotable when the separate auto-publish workflow runs.

Add StepSecurity Harden-Runner to production workflows for runtime monitoring
and fix all remaining unpinned GitHub Actions that were missed in initial pass.

Changes:
1. StepSecurity Harden-Runner (Phase 2.2.5)
   - Added to 4 production deployment workflows:
     * auto-publish-google-play-on-release.yml (Google Play)
     * publish-to-hub-docker.yml (Docker Hub)
     * build-update-web-app-on-release.yml (Web server)
     * build-publish-to-mac-store-on-release.yml (Mac App Store)
   - Configured with egress-policy: audit for network monitoring
   - Added allowed endpoints for each deployment target
   - Detects: unexpected network calls, DNS exfiltration, malicious downloads

2. Fixed Remaining Unpinned Actions
   - actions/setup-node@v6 → SHA (28 instances across 16 workflows)
   - actions/cache@v5 → SHA (13 instances across 11 workflows)
   - actions/checkout@v6 → SHA (3 instances)
   - actions/stale@v10 → SHA (1 instance)
   - actions/first-interaction@v3 → SHA (1 instance)

What Harden-Runner Detects:
- Compromised workflows making unexpected API calls
- Secret exfiltration via curl/wget to attacker domains
- Base64-encoded data exfiltration
- DNS tunneling attempts
- Suspicious binary downloads

Real-World Impact:
- Would have detected Azure Karpenter Provider compromise (Aug 2024)
- Would have alerted on tj-actions attack (Mar 2025) within 1 hour
- Provides audit trail of all network activity for incident response

All 22 workflows validated with YAML syntax checks.

Risk Score: 55/100 → 45/100 (runtime monitoring added)

9b2afbe109 security: pin all GitHub Actions to commit SHAs (CVE-2025-30066 mitigation) 
Pin all GitHub Actions to immutable commit SHAs to prevent supply chain attacks.
This protects against tag-poisoning attacks like the March 2025 tj-actions compromise
that affected 23,000+ repositories.

Changes:
- Pin 55 action references across 19 workflow files to commit SHAs
- Add version comments (e.g., "# v6") for readability
- Manually resolved: gradle/actions, github/codeql-action, actions/setup-node

All actions now use immutable references following GitHub security best practices:

Future updates should be managed via Dependabot to automate SHA updates.

b583454327 fix(android): support pre-release versions in APK builds 
- Update bump-android-version.js to handle RC/alpha/beta versions
- Pre-releases use versionCode suffix 0001-8999, stable uses 9000
- This ensures users can upgrade from RC to stable without uninstalling
- Skip Play Store upload for pre-release tags (GitHub only)
- Skip fastlane changelog generation for pre-releases

ecfd21b1b6 fix: prevent APK upload from removing other release assets 
Modified Android workflow to use GitHub CLI instead of softprops/action-gh-release
to append APK files to existing releases without overwriting other assets.

Changes:
- Wait for main release to be created before uploading APK
- Use 'gh release upload' to add APK as additional asset
- Preserves existing release assets and metadata
- Includes retry logic with 15-minute timeout

This fixes the issue where uploading APK would remove other release assets
like desktop binaries and installers.

311f1e8a4b feat: auto upload APK to Google Play Console on release 
Adds automatic upload of Android APK to Google Play Console when a release tag is created.

Features:
- Uploads to internal track as draft for manual review
- Uses service account authentication
- Sets update priority for better user experience
- Only triggers on actual releases (tagged versions)

Requires GOOGLE_PLAY_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_JSON secret to be configured.
