10c759e66b Move postgresql data into /home 
My / partition was full.

Existing users who want to keep the previous behavior should set
the `postgresql.root` variable to `/var/lib/postgres`

dc6cebcbfd configure networkmanager connectivity checking 
This is disabled by default by setting the interval to 0. See
NetworkManager.conf(5) for an explanation of connectivity checking.

4024fce08c take advantage of local profiles in /etc/firejail 
Existing users will want to clean up their /usr/local/etc/firejail and
~/.config/firejail directories.

e2aed9edd7 update firejail profiles 
Remove references to disable-more.inc

Remove some profiles which are now redundant with the Firejail default
profiles.

5a184332be use /etc/firejail/globals.local 
Existing users can delete the old disable-more.inc file.

    # rm /usr/local/etc/firejail/disable-more.inc

efb0548649 add configurable tarsnap jitter 
Assuming the user is running Borg hourly on more or less the same
directories, it probably makes sense to give the Tarsnap timer a random
delay so that we don't end up running both at the same time and saturate
available bandwidth.

Single task roles are kind of lame, but this lets us set it as a
dependency.

bcf52c7c29 wrap tarsnapper via backitup 
The default period is set to daily, so this doesn't change anything for
existing users -- except that now we default to only executing on AC
power. If existing users want to match the previous behavior they should
set `tarsnapper.ac_power` to `false`.
