From 9d2ef1cc53d5d4a839871b497bb38fa2977bb38f Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Artur Paikin Date: Mon, 25 Jan 2016 18:38:21 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] Playground templates Testing templating engines. So far tried: Handlebars, EJS, Lodash and ES6 function strings, ES6 strings. I`npm install && npm run build:all` will show you filesizes of the bundles for each corresponding templating engine. `index.html` outputs them all to console to make sure they work. --- playground/.babelrc | 3 + playground/templates/.babelrc | 3 + playground/templates/build/bundle-ejs.js | 30 + .../templates/build/bundle-es6-string.js | 12 + playground/templates/build/bundle-es6.js | 30 + playground/templates/build/bundle-hbs.js | 1131 ++++++++ playground/templates/build/bundle-lodash.js | 2502 +++++++++++++++++ playground/templates/index.html | 9 + playground/templates/package.json | 26 + playground/templates/src/ejs.js | 6 + playground/templates/src/es6-string.js | 9 + playground/templates/src/es6.js | 6 + playground/templates/src/hbs.js | 6 + playground/templates/src/lodash.js | 8 + .../templates/templates/index-lodash.html | 5 + .../templates/templates/index-string.js | 5 + playground/templates/templates/index.ejs | 5 + playground/templates/templates/index.hbs | 5 + playground/templates/templates/index.js | 8 + 19 files changed, 3809 insertions(+) create mode 100644 playground/.babelrc create mode 100644 playground/templates/.babelrc create mode 100644 playground/templates/build/bundle-ejs.js create mode 100644 playground/templates/build/bundle-es6-string.js create mode 100644 playground/templates/build/bundle-es6.js create mode 100644 playground/templates/build/bundle-hbs.js create mode 100644 playground/templates/build/bundle-lodash.js create mode 100644 playground/templates/index.html create mode 100644 playground/templates/package.json create mode 100644 playground/templates/src/ejs.js create mode 100644 playground/templates/src/es6-string.js create mode 100644 playground/templates/src/es6.js create mode 100644 playground/templates/src/hbs.js create mode 100644 playground/templates/src/lodash.js create mode 100644 playground/templates/templates/index-lodash.html create mode 100644 playground/templates/templates/index-string.js create mode 100644 playground/templates/templates/index.ejs create mode 100644 playground/templates/templates/index.hbs create mode 100644 playground/templates/templates/index.js diff --git a/playground/.babelrc b/playground/.babelrc new file mode 100644 index 000000000..c13c5f627 --- /dev/null +++ b/playground/.babelrc @@ -0,0 +1,3 @@ +{ + "presets": ["es2015"] +} diff --git a/playground/templates/.babelrc b/playground/templates/.babelrc new file mode 100644 index 000000000..c13c5f627 --- /dev/null +++ b/playground/templates/.babelrc @@ -0,0 +1,3 @@ +{ + "presets": ["es2015"] +} diff --git a/playground/templates/build/bundle-ejs.js b/playground/templates/build/bundle-ejs.js new file mode 100644 index 000000000..9699bfc66 --- /dev/null +++ b/playground/templates/build/bundle-ejs.js @@ -0,0 +1,30 @@ +(function e(t,n,r){function s(o,u){if(!n[o]){if(!t[o]){var a=typeof require=="function"&&require;if(!u&&a)return a(o,!0);if(i)return i(o,!0);var f=new Error("Cannot find module '"+o+"'");throw f.code="MODULE_NOT_FOUND",f}var l=n[o]={exports:{}};t[o][0].call(l.exports,function(e){var n=t[o][1][e];return s(n?n:e)},l,l.exports,e,t,n,r)}return n[o].exports}var i=typeof require=="function"&&require;for(var o=0;o/g, '>') + .replace(/'/g, ''') + .replace(/"/g, '"'); +}; +var buf = []; +with (locals || {}) { (function(){ + buf.push('\n'); })(); +} +return buf.join(''); +}) +},{}]},{},[1]); diff --git a/playground/templates/build/bundle-es6-string.js b/playground/templates/build/bundle-es6-string.js new file mode 100644 index 000000000..9f9081516 --- /dev/null +++ b/playground/templates/build/bundle-es6-string.js @@ -0,0 +1,12 @@ +(function e(t,n,r){function s(o,u){if(!n[o]){if(!t[o]){var a=typeof require=="function"&&require;if(!u&&a)return a(o,!0);if(i)return i(o,!0);var f=new Error("Cannot find module '"+o+"'");throw f.code="MODULE_NOT_FOUND",f}var l=n[o]={exports:{}};t[o][0].call(l.exports,function(e){var n=t[o][1][e];return s(n?n:e)},l,l.exports,e,t,n,r)}return n[o].exports}var i=typeof require=="function"&&require;for(var o=0;o\n ' + users.map(function (user) { + return '
