Adds an advanced checkbox on the GitHub issue provider that, when enabled, drops the hardcoded `is:issue` filter in both backlog auto-import and in-provider search. Lets users sync PRs (assigned, authored, or review-requested) into their backlog with a query like `state:open is:pull-request (assignee:@me OR review-requested:@me)`. Default is off, existing behavior is unchanged.
