JongoDB 91a407346d docs(caldav): mark VEVENT two-way as shipped via the bundled plugin (#7879) ... The CalDAV VEVENT expansion design doc still says 'Status: Planned', but two-way VEVENT sync + task->event time-blocking shipped via the bundled CalDAV Events plugin (packages/plugin-dev/caldav-calendar-provider), not by extending the core CalDAV provider as the doc proposed. The core provider remains VTODO-only. Update the status banner + add an as-built note; retain the historical design.
