[RetroPie](https://retropie.org.uk/) is based on [RetroArch](http://www.retroarch.com/). RetroArch has a feature to record gameplay videos, but the current version of RetroPie has it disabled, presumably because it was thought to be too intensive to run properly on a Raspberry Pi.
