3d989fa8f4 README: Update flatcar linux URL and others 
1. Flatcar has moved to flatcar.org from flatcar-linux.org
2. Added "s" (HTTPS) to sites and removed "s" (HTTP) from MirBSD as it seems only HTTP requests are reachable there and with HTTPS the site is unreachable.

a771358487 Support for Tails 
Adds support for Tails, retrieves modifed 9990-misc-helpers.sh from
upstream live-boot that better handles the fromiso flag to allow for
direct injection of the unmodified tails iso.

Would be nice to see this functionality made available upstream in Tails
to avoid having to override the live-boot hook.
