The new full-tree golangci-lint check reports issues the --new-from-rev
diff lint hid: nine wsl_v5 whitespace gaps, a prealloc, and an unparam
(setCSRFCookie never errored, so drop the return and update callers).
gocyclo on the central UpdateNodeFromMapRequest and an SA1019 NetMap
deprecation in an integration helper are suppressed with reasons.
Every Go-identifier reference in // and /* */ comments now uses
godoc's [Name] linking syntax so pkg.go.dev and `go doc` render
them as clickable cross-references. No behaviour change.

Skip rules:
- File:line refs left as plain text
- HuJSON wire keys inside backtick raw strings untouched

- JSON/OIDC wire keys, gorm tags, RFC IPv6 placeholders, markdown
link tags, decorative dividers — all left as-is
Go style recommends that log messages and error strings should not be
capitalized (unless beginning with proper nouns or acronyms) and should
not end with punctuation.
This change normalizes all zerolog .Msg() and .Msgf() calls to start
with lowercase letters, following Go conventions and making logs more
consistent across the codebase.
Previously, nil regions were not properly handled. This change allows users to disable regions in DERPMaps.
Particularly useful to disable some official regions.

The necessary behaviour is already in place,
but the wasm build only issued GETs, and the handler was not invoked.

This commits removes the locks used to guard data integrity for the
database and replaces them with Transactions, turns out that SQL had
a way to deal with this all along.
This reduces the complexity we had with multiple locks that might stack
or recurse (database, nofitifer, mapper). All notifications and state
updates are now triggered _after_ a database change.
