aa4cd34129 Update Nagios Core to 4.4.6, plugins to 2.3.3 and NRPE to 4.0.3. (#16) 
- Remove Dockerhub hooks directory.
- Add CHANGELOG
- Remove manifest yaml and update Dockerfile with latest labels.
- Improve README and build also for linux/386 architecture.
