Radostin Stoyanov 6d7c0d007e compel/mips: fix parasite with GCC 12 
This patch applies the '-ffreestanding' flag that was introduced
with https://github.com/checkpoint-restore/criu/pull/1726 to MIPS.

Fixes: #1725
