A not-accountable VMA cannot hold restored pages. If such a VMA is matched into the COW chain, a child can inherit a parent's PROT_NONE reservation as the target for its restored memory. Reject not-accountable VMAs when preparing COW relationships. This makes the child restore its pages through a separate writable premap, while the parent's PROT_NONE reservation can still be mapped without write access.
