Kir Kolyshkin 983ed43f51 criu/Makefile: fix criu/arch/* rebuild 
Problem: if we do

 touch criu/arch/x86/cpu.c

nothing is being rebuilt.

For detailed analisys, see the previous commit
("criu/Makefile: fix rebuilding criu/pie/pie.lib.a").

Note there are other targets in criu/Makefile where one
might want to add .FORCE to, but it's not needed as they
all depend on another target which itself is marked as .PHONY.

travis-ci: success for Makefiles: fix deps checking

CRIU (Checkpoint and Restore in Userspace)

An utility to checkpoint/restore tasks. Using this tool, you can freeze a running application (or part of it) and checkpoint it to a hard drive as a collection of files. You can then use the files to restore and run the application from the point it was frozen at. The distinctive feature of the CRIU project is that it is mainly implemented in user space.
