Bui Quang Minh 2ebce92333 ci: Make cpuset move to cgroup-v2 hierarchy ... As cgroupv2_00, cgroupv2_01 need cpuset in cgroup-v2 hierarchy to check CRIU handle cgroup-v2 properly, umount cpuset in cgroup-v1 to make it move to cgroup-v2.
