7e2eee9e3c build: add mrproper target
Each time I type `make clean` and find that my tags are cleaned
and generated headers/c-files are deleted, I'm getting annoyed.
Mostly it's about protobuf images definitions.
(And then I need to run `make` and `make tags` again which
is painful).

I think, we may separate clean process on two parts, just
like it's done in the kernel (omitting distclean):
o Cleaning all binaries/objects, but leave enough to navigate
 o Clean everything compiled/generated/etc.

In this patch pie blobs are still deleted on clean stage - I may
fix it in the later patches.
(they _should_ be regenerated on `make clean && make`)

Everytime we build the executable we've to check
all the deps and sources for changes, thus
don't protvide criu/criu on toplevel as

Instead bring this target as a phony back

afde3659e3 net: set the IP_CT_TCP_FLAG_BE_LIBERAL flag for conntracks
Currently the kernel doesn't report sequence numbers for contracks
and tries to restore them from first packets.
When we are restoring a tcp connection, we send a window probe and
set seq - 1 in it to get ack immediatly.

/* Use a previous sequence. This should cause the other
         * end to send an ack. Don't queue or clone SKB, just
         * send it.
         */
        tcp_init_nondata_skb(skb, tp->snd_una - !urgent, TCPHDR_ACK);

But conntrack doesn't like this, because then we get ack, which is greater than seq.
It looks like we try to ack data which we haven't received yet.

8ceab588a5 crtools: no more linked with builtin syscall
crtools binary is linked with the C library and could rely on all the
services this library is providing, including system calls.

Thus it doesn't need to be linked with the builtin system calls code
made for the parasite/restorer binaries.

This patch does:
 - remove the inclusion of syscall.h
 - replace all call to sys_<syscall>() by C library <syscall>()
 - replace unwrapped system calls by syscall(SYS_<syscall>,...)
 - fix the generated compiler's issues.

There should not be any functional changes. The only 'code' changes is
appearing in locks.h when futex is called through the C library, the
errno value is fetched from errno variable instead of the return
value.

a57fba056e make: update target to measure code coverage
This patch updates Makefile for measuring code coverage in CRIU.

criu binary should be compiled with option --coverage and linked with -lgcov
option. lcov utility creates HTML pages containing the source code annotated
with coverage information.

make GCOV=1
make test
make gcov
Look at gcov/html/index.html

Changes:
- disable optimization on compilation for gathering coverage data
- mention an option for coverage in help
- cleanup the files produced for code coverage
- make path to coverage files produced by tests in ns independent on environment
- add an option lcov_branch_coverage as branch coverage disabled by default

f1e8a9ce6b criu: Version 1.7
We have quite a lot of new stuff this time. More flexibility
in cgroup management code (and this story far from being over)
in the library and in the crit command line, preparations to
x66 32bit, that also helped the PPC port, freezer cgroup
filannly found its place in the code. We also had our first

So the plan for the 1.8 is: cgroups, secured containers and
bugfixes. x86 32bit is tempting too.

41999f40b0 x86: Start using native object relocatable files in parasite code
Since at the moment we're running only x86-64 not 32 bit tasks,
and our code is not carrying any big statically defined structures
we can use relocatable files directly with all relocation applied
during building.

This gonna be changed soon once we start supporting 32 bit tasks.

IOW even currently we need (which is not yet done but it's safe)

 - check for gotpcrel relocations
 - apply relocations with generated elf_apply_relocs helper

Currently overall scheme looks this way

 - our object files are linked together into parasite.built-in.bin.o file
 - then pie/piegen/piegen tool is called which parses this file and generates
C source code file with bytestream and all information needed to rellocate
this bytestream into a new place (see elf_apply_relocs helper)

b6668af613 piegen: Implement tool building, v2
Here we simply build piegen tool which gonna be used
to generate parasite code safe to rellocate. The tool
is taking object file as an argument, parses it and
generates C file with rellocations encoded in form
suitable for fast appliance.

Currently only x86-32 x86-64 is supported.

v2 (by ldufour@):
 - Filter PIEGEN

89e7f375fc Provide installation target without documentation
The criu(8) man-page is generated using asciidoc. The problem with
asciidoc is that, due to its dependencies, it is not available on
all distributions or it is undesired to install all asciidoc
dependencies. The install target was unconditionally installing and thus
building the man-page even if not explicitly specified with 'make docs'.
With the new 'install-criu' target everything besides the man-page is
installed and the target 'install-man' is only called by the target
'install'.
