82c09bb921 ci: Re-enable zdtm/static/binfmt_misc 
The binfmt_misc functionality is not OpenVZ specific anymore. Do not
exclude it.

e7cbeddff3 CI: rename 'travis' to 'ci' 
CRIU is already using multiple CI systems and not just Travis. This
renames all Travis related things to 'ci' to show it is actually
independent of Travis.

Just a simple rename.
