kerndat: Fix error handling for kerndat_has_timer_cr_ids() fail

After commit [1] we accidentally stopped reporting the errors from
kerndat_has_timer_cr_ids(), let's fix that.

Fixes: 1eaa870cc ("kerndat: check that hardware breakpoints work") [1]
