SergeantPanda c4d73eae39 fix(epg): repair SD poster display and backfill missing artwork ... Build absolute poster proxy URLs via build_absolute_uri_with_port so program detail images resolve correctly in dev and behind reverse proxies. Backfill sd_icon for programs when poster fetch is enabled but a delta refresh skips program metadata.
