SergeantPanda 74aff3fb1a Enhance M3U profile management: add optional notes field, improve validation for default profiles, and update UI to display notes where applicable. 
Also adds the ability to modify the name of the defualt profile.
Closes #280 [Feature]: add general text field in m3u/xs

React + Vite

This template provides a minimal setup to get React working in Vite with HMR and some ESLint rules.
