Enhanced the `/output/epg` cold rebuild process to prevent freezing of the gevent uWSGI worker. The `_stream_build` function now yields control to the gevent hub after processing each cached chunk, allowing other requests to be handled concurrently. This change improves responsiveness during CPU-bound XMLTV generation.
